On 24 March 2024, I participated in the World Children’s Future Conference in support of the United Nations.
2024年3月24日、「世界こども未来会議」に参加する機会をいただきました。
At the conference, lots of students from all over Japan had serious discussions about climate change and the future of the planet.
会議では、日本各地から集まった子どもたちが、気候変動や地球の未来について真剣に話し合いました。
Through wonderful lectures on global warming, work with others in the same group and presentations, I felt everyone’s hope to take care of the Earth and do something for the future.
地球温暖化についてのわかりやすいレクチャーや、同じグループのみんなとのワーク、発表などを通じて、みんなの「地球を大事にしよう」「未来のために何かできることをしよう」という思いを感じました。
It is very important to speak up and express your thoughts in a positive manner. And also to think about what we can do to help everyone work together and build a sustainable future.
積極的に発言し、自分の考えを伝えることはとても大事です。そしてみんなが協力し合い、持続可能な未来を築くために何ができるかを考えることも。
I think these experiences will influence the way I act and think. I am so happy to have had such a wonderful experience.
こういった経験は、自分の行動や考え方に影響を与えてくれるものだと思います。
このような貴重な体験をすることができて本当によかったです。
I will cherish today’s experience so that we can make the world a better place.
